The transaction was cleared by the Vietnam Competition Commission following its examination.
Daikin Air Conditioning (Vietnam) Joint Stock Company is a member of Daikin Industries, Ltd. (Japan), a global leader with more than 100 years of experience in the air conditioning industry.
On the target side, Anh Nguyen Solutions Joint Stock Company (member of Anh Nguyen Trading Technical Services Joint Stock Company – a long-established company specializing in the design and implementation of building management systems (BMS)). Anh Nguyen is recognized for its strong engineering capabilities in BMS design, installation, and project management, and has earned the trust of major local developers and general contractors.
